A message from the director

When my daughter was 18 months old, I became very sick and was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. My physicians said they really couldn’t do anything to help me and prescribed medication after medication. In my case, they were treating my symptoms but not my condition. Over time, I sought out complementary and alternative medicines, made significant dietary changes, learned how to manage my stress, got off my medications, and ultimately healed.

It was this 3 1/2-year process that planted the seed that would eventually grow into the concept of an integrated therapy center. The more I learned, the more I wanted to contribute to the field of integrative medicine, helping others to heal. I changed careers and became a holistic manual therapy practitioner combining eastern and western traditions.

As I honed my skills working in education, physical therapy, and integrated East-West medicine, I realized there was community need for accessible quality care for those seeking preventative, holistic, non-invasive “well-care”; and Sādhanā Integrative Manual Therapies was born.

Our goal is to empower our clients to move smarter and live healthier. I challenge you to take that first step towards wholeness today.

Thank you for allowing us to serve you,
