Reduce Pain and Improve Mobility
Facilitated by our Staff, this class will teach you how to manage hip and lower extremity pain for yourself, a loved one, or someone you provide care for. During this 90 Minute Class you will learn the basic musculature of the low back, hips and legs, posture awareness, simple stretches and exercises, tools you can use as aids, and manual therapy self-care techniques.
TIME: 4:30pm – 6:00pm
